Terms of Service
Last updated October 14, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Creature School LLC, which runs Créature, when you use creature.school. By using the site you accept them. If you use Créature for a child, you accept them on their behalf.
Who we are
Créature is run by Creature School LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, for families across the United States. Address: 10753 Foxwood Ct, Parker, CO 80138, USA. Phone: (720) 984-2538. Email: hello@creature.school.
Who can use Créature
- Children use Créature with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Only adults can create an account or buy a plan.
- You are responsible for your account and the devices you set up for your children.
The free part and the family plan
- The first levels of every game and the first lessons of every course are free, with no account.
- The family plan opens every level and every lesson for all the children in one family. It costs $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year (US dollars, plus any sales tax). The price and billing period are shown again before you pay.
- Plans renew automatically, each month or each year, at the price shown, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing on your family page; the plan stays open until the end of the period you paid for.
- If we change the price, we tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
Free trial
- A family that has never had the family plan gets its first 7 days free. A code from one of our ads or partners may give more free days; the plan page shows how many before you start. One free trial per family.
- You add a card on Stripe’s page when the trial starts and pay nothing that day. When the trial ends, the plan starts and your card is charged the plan’s price, and again each period after, until you cancel.
- We email you a few days before the trial ends, with the date and the price.
- Cancel before the trial ends, from Plan and billing, and you are never charged: every level stays open until the trial’s last day.
Refunds
- If you were charged when a free trial ended and didn’t mean to keep the plan, write to us within 7 days of that charge and we refund it in full.
- If a charge was a mistake on our side, we refund it.
- Otherwise we don’t refund the rest of a period you have paid for when you cancel: the plan stays open until that period ends. Nothing here limits refunds the law gives you.
- To ask for a refund, write to hello@creature.school from the email on your account.
Using Créature fairly
- Use Créature for learning at home. Don’t copy, resell or scrape its games, lessons, pictures or recordings, or try to get around the plan or our security.
- Everything on Créature (games, lessons, pictures, voices, the creature) belongs to us or our licensors. What your child makes in Créature stays theirs.
Availability
We work to keep Créature running and your progress safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change, add or remove games and lessons over time.
Liability
Créature is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
Ending
You can stop using Créature and close your account at any time from your family page. Closing it stops the plan from renewing; the period you already paid for isn’t refunded, except as the Refunds section says. We may suspend accounts used to break these terms, after telling you why when we can.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Colorado, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring them there.
Changes and contact
We date every version of these terms and tell account holders about important changes before they apply. Questions: hello@creature.school.
